If skiing isn't your thing, or you're looking for a fun alternative, head over to Gorgoza Park for some tubing action. This family-friendly park offers seven tubing lanes, with a lift to take you back up to the top. And, for the little ones who aren't quite ready for the big hills, there's a mini-tubing area just for them. Plus, with a snack bar and fire pit on site, you can warm up and refuel between runs.
3. Snowshoeing at Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter
For a more peaceful winter activity, head over to the Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter for some snowshoeing. This 1,200-acre nature preserve offers scenic trails for all skill levels, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. And, with guided tours available, you can learn about the local flora and fauna while getting some exercise.
